Requesting a quote is free and doesn’t create a contract or obligate you to hire us. Any price we discuss through this website, by phone, text or email is an estimate until we both sign a written agreement for the work. That written agreement, not this website, sets the terms for your project, including price, schedule and any warranty.
Information you send us
When you send a quote request, you agree that the information is accurate and that you have the right to share any photos you upload. We handle it as described in our Privacy Policy.
Our services
Service descriptions on this site are general and may change. We don’t do roofing, plumbing or electrical work in-house; when a project needs them, we coordinate with outside professionals. What is included in a specific project is set in its written agreement.

Project photos in Our Work and Before & After are from our own job sites. Photos marked “Example photo” are licensed stock images that show the type of work. The text, photos, logo and design of this site belong to Next Step Renovate LLC or its licensors. Please don’t copy them for commercial use without our written permission.

Please don’t misuse this website. That includes sending spam or false requests through the quote form, trying to access parts of the site that aren’t public, or trying to disrupt or overload it.
